Psychotherapy

Healing and meaningful engagement with life begins with the space to be heard and understood

about me

Hi, I’m Elizabeth (she/her).
I’m a psychotherapist based in New York City.
As a second-generation Korean American woman, I am familiar with how our identities impact the way we view the world and its challenges. With an intersectional lens, my work is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I value safety, connection, and collaboration in my therapeutic relationship with my clients.
I aim to help develop a better understanding of yourself and the skills to create more agency in your life.
